Greetings Doc. How do we deal with people who just intentionally shut their eyes to the objective truth and choose not to snap out of the hypnotizing propaganda they've been fed to regarding the coronavirus vaccines? Do some people really just have to learn it the hard way? I think it's already too late for the majority of them since the damage has already been done; cannot undo the vaccine once it's inside the body.

Hello Dr Glidden,
What is the cause of Aphthous mouth ulcers and what would you recommend for this condition please?
This is a question for myself. I’m 64 and have a mostly plant based diet, blood type A, we fast one day a week and on the other days have two meals – breakfast and dinner, vege smoothy with Fitshake, i26 and ZRadical in it. Dinner is a protein (fish or beans) with a big green salad and sometimes mashed cauliflower or sweet potato. I cycle throughout the day at my desk as I spend a lot of time on my computer I invested in a desk cycle. I swim 1km 5 days a week, don’t have the bad foods, take the 90 EN plus various other supplements. However, I just can’t budge the belly fat that developed after menopause. Have you got any suggestions on how I can sort this issue out please?

Aloha Dr. Glidden,  Hope you recovered from your trip. I wanted to run my blood work with you and get your advices where advice is needed. Test Results  Glucose 102  Cholesterol 270  Hemoglobin A1C 5.9
Vitamin D 118  WBC 3.3  Lymphs 48.2  Vitamin B12 3477  Estradiol 6  Insulin, Fasting 6.19
Also I had heart palpitations for 3 nights. I am wondering what would you recommend to calm the heart. I believe I did figure it out what caused heart palpitation. I thought I was dehydrated from our trip and started to drink Youngevities Rebound. I didn’t realize it contains green tea plus ginseng which is always been a problem especially with ginseng.
Also have you experience blood pressure being 104/38/65 with your clients? I don’t remember second number being that low.
Lastly, what you and Brenda decided about visiting Big Island?
It gets busy and people usually make reservation a year in advance. However I did reserve April 1-15 for you.    Much Aloha Wanee

Hey Doc,
Previously I spoke to you about my sister. 77 Y/O with a history of 2 Thrombotic strokes. She has anxiety and we thought that increasing the Projobas had made her anxiety worse, but apparently it was a coincidence and we were able to increase her from 6 Projobas to 9 per day now. She is not on blood thinners. Should we try to increase her Projobas to more than 9 / day? If so, how many and for how long? She weighs 136 lbs. We increased her calcium to 2oz per day and her BP is sometimes down to 105/60. They removed her gallbladder.
2nd question,
Our son is in his early 20’s and lately has had several red and itchy areas on his feet that he scratches when he sleeps, and they start to ooze. He also has a bright red rash on both armpits that is raised and seems to get better with coconut oil but keeps coming back. He stopped eating chicken eggs, he’s on the 90 EN, no gluten and has been taking 12 Projobas / day. Anything else you can suggest?
3rd question,
Are uncured meats like bacon, sandwich meats (turkey & ham) pepperoni or sausage ok to eat?
Dr. Wallach says it’s not sufficient for them to be uncured because they have other chemicals. What do you say?

My freind with Rheumatoid Arthritis and HPylori has been taking your recommended supp. for 1 and 1/2 months. She wants to know if it's normal to still have hot and painful joints still? Is taking HSP, glucogel, PDM., Good Herbs antimicrobial and bone and tissue support, killer biotic, colloidal silver, microbiome and prebiotics.. She says she is not eating the 12 bad foods. Is there anything else I could suggest for the pain? I'm thinking she just needs to give it more time but she wanted me to ask you. Thanks so much for all you do.  Linda Loder

Michelle Busath, Fair Oaks, across the American River from Rancho Cordova. I discovered the cause of MY jaw pain beneath my teeth. Necrosis (MD speak for a horrible side effect from RECLAST) The awful drugs used for osteoporosis. THIS is an epidemic, now. The MDs say that the cause is from blood loss to the area of bone. That is a lie. It is from these Osteoporosis drugs. I have been using Mercurius vivus 200ck for relief. Also, I found doubling my BOfx and PDM is saving my life. The damage is great from this drug. It causes the osteoclasts to stay around and bond to the bone, increasing the bone density by genetically keeping the osteoclasts from leaving and stopping the osteoblasts from repairing the bones.

CRIMINAL  Any other suggestions are GREATLY appreciated. This is a NEW problem for the MD community, now. The creator or RECLAST, Novartis, KNEW this side effect. Supposedly it is RARE.

OF, not or I haven't taken this Rx since 2019, shortly after learning about Operation Freedom Health, Dr. Dave Janda. That is when I began my journey with you. THANK YOU!

Brenda started me on the foundation pak in March. In April I found I had more energy and the dizzyness was a little better. I have daily nausea, burping helps a bit as does gingerroot. I think it's related to my vagus nerve . My ears have been tested and are ok. I also have fogginess in my head. The nausea gets worse when I go to bed. If I sleep sitting up in a chair it not a problem. Brenda started me on the foundation pak in March. In April I found I had more energy and the dizzyness was a little better. It’s Quantrelle from Toronto. It’s been quite a while since we’ve last spoke. I’ve got dire situation on my hands sadly as my dad has suffered a stroke. This is the type of stroke where a blood vessel in his brain burst so there is hemorrhaging and bleeding on the left brain according to the X-rays and CT scans. It happened on Friday early in the morning, thankfully he was with a friend or else he may have passed away. I’ll try to provide as much info as I know currently so that hopefully something can be done. He’s 53 and around 170. When they initially measured his pressure on Friday it was over 200! As of today it’s 130/80 with the meds that they are giving him to lower the pressure and thin his blood. He’s able to breathe on his own and he is alert and aware but he’s sadly unable to speak or move his right arm or leg. His left arm and leg are still strong, he has pulled himself up a few times on his hospital bed. He has trouble swallowing liquids so they have him on IV and feed and apply the meds through a nasal tube. He HAS NOT taken any jab and isn’t on any prior medication. He’s more of a naturalist so he hasn’t been to a medical check up in years so I’m unaware of any other symptoms that led up to this. Please help doc, I’m able to get about a two months supply of whatever you need me to buy. Also important to note that legally I’m the decision maker on any major surgeries that would need to take place or any new treatments. If there’s anything that you recommend that I should or shouldn’t do please let me know.

Ken B here. My wife (58 YO - 250+ lbs) recently had blood work done and she was told her glucose was at 122 and normal ranged from 68 to 99. She had just had lunch an hour before she had blood drawn as she was not told to fast prior to this draw. She was told to have A1C levels checked. What are your recommendations?
