I have some people needing your guidance please…
Jake is 25 yrs of age, 178cm tall and 75kgs body weight. He has tinea versicolor and what appears to be balanitis on his glans which he relates to poor hygiene, e.g. not showering enough. He has experienced dandruff up until he started using essential oils 1-3 times a week. His hair is thinning and he is experiencing sports related injuries more often than he would like. What would you recommend please?
Michelle is in her early 50s and experiencing menopausal symptoms (hot flushes). She was on HRT but has had to discontinue this as she was experiencing heavy bleeding. The doctors investigated the cause of this and found she has Fibroids, Polyps and thickening of the endometrial wall. Is there any way she can increase her Estrogen uptake now that she can no longer have the HRT? What would you recommend to address her health issues please?
We have a 79 year old man with non-alcoholic Cyrrhosis of the liver. Is this repairable? If so what nutrition would you recommend please?

Nate in Pasadena - Thanks for all we have learned from you. Someone taking six Ultimate selenium/day among other things to treat afib. Have brittle nails, dry skin around nails, so overdosing. Should they stop the selenium for a week or so and cut back after that week or just cut back on the dosage immediately without a break?

Doc,
I spoke to you last week about my 24 Y/O son with skin issues. Redness in his arm pits and patchy and itchy reddened areas on his feet that ooze. I forgot to tell you that he had a history of eczema prior to being gluten free and on the 90 EN. You said it was a blood sugar problem and suggested Sweet Eze. Is it ok to use the Biogymnema by Ayush instead? How many Projobas should he take. Which do you think is best the Great Lakes Collagen peptides or the Youngevity Collagen peptides?  Are nut Butters ok to eat?

Dr G,  Is there a problem with eating a lot of popcorn due to the hulls not being digestible? I also eat alot of sunflower seeds, is this a problem?  P.S Are there any issues with eating dried fruit that has Sulfur Dioxide or Sodium Metabisulfite?

Good evening Doc; A couple things tonight... the former wife, after her heart surgery, was put on statins. She asks if it is necessary to wean off the lipitor, or can someone just stop? She notices muscle cramping & loss of memory as a "side" effect. Also, the Gent of whom I spake the other night with swollen lymph nodes & nights sweats, has been diagnosed with lymphoma (Hal). I was going to offer to pay for a consultation for him to call you if you are into such maladies & therapies for the same. Thank you again for all your work. Paul fm Fredericksburg  Oops! Just rec'd a call fm Hal; says you are already on board with him. Says he sent you some info you requested... Sorry for my ignorance :o)

I might like the Tangy tablets rather than the powder so I’m wondering if it’d be ok to cut the tablets in half or thirds to get them down easier. 2) I’m considering a water softener but can’t run the salt water through my Berkey filter. Might stop using the Berkey—I have well water so filtration might not be necessary (except I would still test for bacteria). So how do you feel about drinking my well water if it contains the salt from the softener? Also wonder if the salt would be harmful to my pets. If it’s not one thing it’s another!

Dr. Glidden: I have been taking Ultimate Gluco-Gel, Ultimate Enzymes, Ultimate Selenium, Tangy Tangerine 2.5 and Beyond Osteo FX for quite a few years. I haven't been taking Projoba Omega for some time and need to order more. Is there anything else you recommend? I forgot to mention the doctor said I am experiencing some high blood pressure and wanted to find out what you think I should do about it. It's good to be back and listening to you again. I have been gone for a while. Thanks very much! Patty

Also, I'm not quite sure exactly how much I should take of each one every day. I do take Beyond Tangy Tangerine and Beyond Osteo FX as is listed on the container. Thanks!

Good evening Dr.! I’ve been getting UTIs back to back In late April 2022 & late June 2022 I had to get antibiotics because there was blood in the urine pretty much the same day I started with the simptoms. Any advice or supplements I should be taking? I want to avoid taking so much antibiotics back to back (last time I had a UTI was probably more than 10 yrs ago do this was a bit strange to me)

Hello Dr. Glidden, my 67 year old father is currently in the hospital with his second bout of meningitis in less than 2 years. It is not bacterial. Do you know what might be causing this or what he could do to support himself after he gets out of the hospital?

Hey Dr. G! Anthony Mosora here. Always blessed to be on. While working between patient's today, I watched a recently made video of you and Dr. Dave Janda speaking about Depression. In this discussion you mentioned a diagnostic test (by Nikola Tesla I believe) which can help identify food intolerances/allergies in people. I wanted to connect with you to see which test this is and how I would go about taking advantage of that for myself and clients. On another note, I wanted to once again thank you for connecting me with Shawn Sherman...the developer of the SQUARE 1 System for neurological organization. We are seeing impressive things with our clients using this framework (pain reduction, improved range of motion, posture, and more....and are even seeing measurable improvements in peripheral vision and some in visual acuity via a Snellen eye chart in clients being tested by a number of practitioners (including myself) using this approach. Between medical nutrition and your connections to others such as Shawn Sherman...you really have helped the trajectory of my life in a very significant and positive way. Keep up the vitally-important great work you are doing!
