I've been on the 90 and off the bad foods for years now. However, after having my first baby five months ago, I've been having digestive trouble, especially constipation and occasional burning abdominal pain at night. Through muscle testing, someone suggested it may be due to my gallbladder being off and not digesting fats properly. That seems plausible and I'm wondering if I should try either the ultimate enzymes or the good herbs gallbladder support. Which one would you recommend (or both)? Also, we are wanting to have another baby soon, so are both of those safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Hi Dr G! Erin from Michigan. So...here is another example of MD shenanigans. My brother has COPD and was overweight. Went to his Dr. they said since you have COPD we strongly urge you to take the “vax” or what I call the death jab. He took it to save his life or so he thought. I know these quacks get HUGE kickbacks for these jabs. Wonder how much my brother’s life was worth to them. Anyway moving on before I get teary eyed. Within a couple days after the jab, both ankles swelled quite significantly. He went back to Dr. and said he had “tankles” because he is overweight. So he went on a mission and lost his 30#. Guess what. Ankles still very swollen. Can’t get his shoes on. He is 52. Dr is baffled. I remember you saying when both ankles are swollen it’s likely a heart issue. What do you recommend? BTW...Michigan is pushing the booster jab starting Saturday. I thank you for being you and being there for us all.

So the minerals and osteo dont require you drink it over a duriation right? So if you take BTT tablets you're good. Also what do you know about a heavy metal detox? generally, and for eczema. Also w/ the liver if it operates properly all toxins will become water soluable, then you piss it out right? if not then you basically get fat because the toxins will be stored in the fat instead.

Hey Doc! I have a client with Stage 3 Kidney Disease & Type II Diabetes I suspect is related to past statin drug use. His doctor is concerned about his Potassium intake due to his kidney disease. I understand that Potassium is an essential nutrient and that his doctor is wrong. I was hoping you might elaborate and go into detail as to why his doctor is wrong and why his doctor suspects sodium and Potassium is bad for his kidneys for the sake of furthering our mutual education on the matter and to encourage him not to fear essential nutrients.

Good morning Doc; Paul fm Alexandria here... Are there other considerations beyond the 90, off bad foods, & omega-3's when dealing with what MD's call "interstitial lung disease"? ALSO... Not sure since when, but DMSA (Dimer Capto Succinic Acid) is available as a dietary supplement online as far as I can see.

Hi doc, clarifying. Does an under nutrified liver have anything to do w/ weight gain? Or does the liver just store it in the fat, not adding to the fat?
