1. Is Nordic Naturals Omega 3 made inside a nitrogen chamber, too? How does it compare with Projoba omega? And what's the therapeutic dose of Nordic natural omega 3 in order to get over a skin condition. (My hands and feet sweat a lot and involuntarily) 2. Is Cod liver oil also a good option? What's your brand of choice? Last question. What's the deal with K2 and D3 supplements? They seem to go together in a lot of supplemental formulae.

Liz from NY. You said last week that you use a lot of Argentine 25. Would you mind sharing what you use it for. Can it be used for all the same purposes I use youngevity's colloidal silver for?

I am 72 year old man and been taking the 90 for 10 years and in good health generally had emergency surgery for perferated ulcer (very serious) I know about h pilori the question is how did I get it and how do I avoid getting it again

Hi Dr. Glidden…Erin from Michigan. Hope you are doing GREAT!
My question this week is for my nephew Dylan who is 21. He just got bloodwork back. He had been under a lot of anxiety with college as a math major dealing with Calculus 3 and above. He has been overstressed and losing his hair. He took spring 2 and summer semester off. He admits he needs to clean up his diet and lose weight (he eats mostly carbs and gluten and likes his Coca-Cola). You will want to know that at 2 years old he got sick with fever and was given Tylenol and immediately after that he would not eat anything with flavor. So, his diet is 90% plain white rice, plain white pasta, and plain white bread and crackers. He is 6 ft. and 200#. A couple concerns from his recent bloodwork show elevated levels. Elevated TSH at 5.380 u/ml (range .340 – 4.820) and his liver enzymes are elevated (not sure which ones). FYI, He does not believe in drinking alcohol. Good news...He did NOT get any Covid tests or jabs!!! His red and white blood cells are good. Blood sugar also good. I am writing in hopes you can shed some light on what these numbers might mean to help calm my sister down. He is getting an ultrasound Friday to check for liver and gall bladder issues. Dylan is willing to start taking Ultimate Enzymes and Selenium for his digestion issues. I told him your belief that his liver/gall bladder wants to marry Selenium kek. Thank you for your expertise and willingness to share it.

What supplements do you recommend when somebody has their gall bladder removed so that oils and fats can be digested?

My son, age 31, was just diagnosed with “non-obstructive azoospermia”.A surgery option to harvest sperm is on the table however his doctor is strongly cautioning him against the surgery because it is so invasive.
Your June 2nd Q&A gave an RX for a nephew from Tanzania with 0 sperm count. Is there a difference in your RX for this severe condition?  Your ADD video alerted me also because my son does take Adderall beginning his senior year of college. His testosterone test results are normal. Not sure if that plays into this or not.

Hi Doctor Glidden, Harald here. I invited a guest tonight, his name is Harry, and he suffers from hives.
He is on the full 90fL program which saved him a knee replacement several years back. I already suggested to increase EFA intake, but I don't think that's it, because I believe to remember that it is an allergic reaction to some food. Unfortunately he lives in an area where he has a very unstable internet connection. Here is his question: Hi Doctor Glidden, I have been faithfully following the 90 for life plan for about four years. My daily regimen consists of BT 2.0 tablets, pro joint FX capsules, ultimately FA plus, selenium, Synaptive, ground turmeric, youngevity supergreens and beyond osteo FX liquid. Earlier this spring I added a daily regiment of cardio beats. After about four weeks I developed itchy skin, various rash symptoms and hives. I have discontinued the cardio beats for about three weeks now and had hoped that the hives and itching would have dissipated. However it has not. I have not had anything unusual in my diet or environment. What do you suggest?

We have a lady who has early stage Parkinsons so I have sent her your video on this topic. She also has osteoporosis in her spine and has loss of patellofemiral joint spaces in both knees. She is wanting some support for the intense pain in her knees and she is in a very emotionally depressed state each day as a result of her diminished quality of life. What would you recommend please? She has been taking the Digestion pack for 3 months now as she had digestive problems which have now improved.
We have a man who is getting flashing in the corner of his eyes. The optometrist said he doesn’t have any structural issues such as detached retina. However, his doctor said his brain scan is showing small spots throughout his brain (about 1-2mm in size) which the doctor said could be the beginnings of MS. What can he do to keep his brain healthy please?

Nate in Pasadena - Thanks as always! 1) What do you think about "Eating by blood type"?
2) Is there a relationship between excess selenium and an increaed A1C, even while taking Sweet-Eze?

Greetings Dr. G! Mike from balmy Sarasota.! Another 6 weeks and it will be time to winterize your boat! At least that how it was for me back in my water ski days in Minnesota. Q#1) As you know, you have been helping me overcome my high blood pressure issues. Every 3rd day I take a bit of the water pill and 1/4 of a pill of my main BP pill. Still battling a bit of swelling in my left ankle. Now, triple dousing of Osteo and Plant Derived Minerals didn't seem to make a difference. I'm so close though. What do think? Note, I still have about 32 pounds left to lose. I've lost 35 pounds in the last year by basically eliminating sugar and gluten. Maybe losing those last pounds will take care of the last of my BP issues. Q#2) Lastly, for those folks that are wondering about how long shedding can last from a vaxxed person. My wife would said say "indefinitely", as every month for the past 12 months, she gets swollen glands and feels a bit weak for about three days after spending 2.5 hours with her hair stylist. I know some doctors stated that shedding only lasts for a few weeks after receiving the jab, nonsense, in my opinion. Thanks for your help once again.Last question. My friend's bloodwork comes back with high levels of:
Triglycerides: 2.01 (normal is <2.0 g/L)
Uric acid: 75.77 (normal is from 24 to 70.57 mg/L)
Ferritin: 379.5 (normal is 11-300 ng/mL)
Free T4 : 1.71 (normal is 0.93 - 1.7 ng/dL)
By the way, he's double vaxxed and double boostered. Is the high level of ferritin related to the covid vaccine in any way?  And what do high levels of Triglycerides and Uric acid indicate?

Your prescribed Symphytum officinale liquid for internal blisters from Diabetic Keto acidosis February 2021. After praying for relief from this Necrosis caused by the Osteoporosis Rx drugs, my Sister researched and found it can help Necrosis. What type and dose would you recommend? The pain is excruciating, Mercurial sol helps.

I have good health insurance for labs but no longer trust medical professionals with needles (think Covid jabs). The only thing I need an MD for at this point is a quarterly visit for Armour Thyroid. I wish this was not the case and would like to get off the Rx. Any suggestions? For now I will use Direct Labs and pay out of pocket to stay away from the medical labs. What would you like me to order? Thank you!!!
