I told you Tuesday my A1C is 5.8. you recommended sweet eze. Can I use Bio-Gymnema instead. If so at what dosage? I have hard knotty areas on some of my knuckles. The fingers are thin but the middle knuckles on most fingers are especially wide. When I press on them there is no pain except for the ring finger and the forefinger on the other hand. What can I do? As always we are all on the 90 and no bad foods for several years. We just received our “Real Salt” and it’s really good. It says no Iodine. Should we supplement iodine along with the 90?

Hello Dr. Glidden, I am Werner from Belgium, 53 years, 154 pound or 70 kg, nice to meet you virtually. I have a few questions concerning my parathormone/parathyroid gland. Since 2020 I have a too low parathormone (currently calcium levels are okay) so I have been taking the "Beyond Osteo Fx liquid" (2x1 tablespoon per day). Since last month I take 1 extra tablespoon per day but my parathormone levels remain low (between 6 and 11). The min level must be 15! Other adverse effect is that I now have looser bowel movements. For the rest I take the 90 EN, Beyond Osteo FX liquid, Gluco Gel liquid (joint pains), Plant Derived Minerals, EFA+ and for the second month I'm taking the "Ultimate Microbiome" for my leaky gut. I'm also a heart patient (Brugada syndrome=problems with my cardiac sodium channels). Dear doc, what are your recommendations?

Nate in Pasadena - We have someone who had a massage and foot reflexology. On the foot crystals were found toward the toes, hurt with finger pressure (but not affecting walking and normal motion). Was told they are lactic acid crystals, the practitioner crushed as much as they could and told her to drink lots of water. Some sites say there's no such thing as lactic acid crystals, they are uric acid. Were do these crystals come from and how to prevent them in the future?

A 62 year old woman who was diagnosed in 2020 with Triple Negative Breast Cancer in her left breast. She had a mastectomy and did chemotherapy. She was told she was “rid of it” but the cancer has now come back in her lymph nodes. She also said she’s had mini strokes and was diagnosed with Immune thrombocytopenia (called ITP - a rare blood condition - not enough platelets in their blood.) They are itchy hard bumps, and a couple places look like welts and are white about a quarter inch long, most are on the edge of my tongue and several smaller bumps on them top. I can't taste and when I try to eat they burn severely and hurt. Also the two glands under my jaw are swollen and hurt.

Doc, can I increase my dose from 2x20 drops "Hypothalamus Support" per day to 2x40 drops per day for my too low parathormone for 8 weeks? What is the reason you can only take the "HS" for 8 weeks?
