1. I'm wondering, doc, if this is still worth pursuing to try to find a pain remedy going down this road? I am working on the Cimicifuga Rasemosa right now.. I feel like every road I am taking is leading me to a dead end! I have gotten no relief, and no answers anywhere! I still believe God is my Great Physician, and that's where I put my trust. 2. I did find a licensed Natropathic Physician online out of state named Dr. Richard Malik who works in Vermont who works with Neuropathy. Have you heard of him? I have tried to call the office, but have not gotten a return call yet. 3.Which Drinking Water system did you say you think was best, plus how much water to drink daily? Also how much time should we be out soaking up the Vit. D Sunshine? 4. You said if we eat anything with corn in it, that it should be Non-GMO-- organic, and also gluten free, correct?

Hey Doc. I'm sorry in advance for the long question.Someone very close to me has a rare cancer and just recently had some of it surgically removed via a successful right hemicolectomy with anastomosis performed to remove small mesentery tumor

(3cm in size or about the size of a quarter that was apparently spurting serotonin), several

small bowel lymph nodes and a small section of colon and terminal ileum with margin. The

surgery resulted in clear margins with no surprises. There is no further observable metastasis

than what was already present which they say is great news. The preliminary post surgery outlook

is very good with recommendation for observation with CT scans in 6 months. They tell us that

with this type of "Nets" people die with it, not from it.

The tumor development is considered grade 1/stage 4; the tumors were well defined and because

it had metastasized to the liver, it is regarded as Stage 4. While this is considered typical

of all cancers, they say it is unlike most cancers because "Nets" cancers they tell us is

considered manageable. Speculation is that he likely has had this growing in him for a decade

or more. It is described as "indolent", or, very slow growing (hence the grade 1).

What we're told about "Nets" cancers is that they are different from most forms in that they

are hormone based neuro endocrine carcinoid tumors as opposed to other forms of cancer that use

sugars for uptake and can be starved. His question is...

1) "What do you know about 'Nets' cancers and how they differ from most other cancers, and then

how does this perhaps alter protocol if at all?" (i.e. 12 Bad Foods, 90 Essentials for body

weight, Ult. Selenium for body weight, BTT 2.0 tablets and Z Radical).

2) He has an expired bottle of GH Liver & Galbladder Health (exp. Apr '20). The seal has never

been broken. Is it still safe to use?

We understand you don't have all the answers, but we respect your work, and any insights you

may have to share with us are greatly appreciated.

I was wondering what your thoughts are about this product: Spine-Worx is a chiropractor-designed back realignment system with padded and contoured rails. By using your body's weight, it applies controlled pressure to the thoracic and lumbar vertebrae, gradually encouraging them to realign. This relieves back pain and improves mobility. Do you think this one size fits all approach can be a healthy habit to get into on a regular basis? The spasms that I was feeling in my butt when sitting did not yield to the homeopathic medicines, but I did buy a TENS unit, and it has been 24 hours without a spasm, so I think that helped!

GREAT EVENING DR GLIDDEN! MY WIFE AND I HAVE OUR 90 ESSENTIALS! WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO TAKE THEM? THANK YOU...JEWELL

What would cause bruising? I easily bruise.. a slight bump and I get bad bruising. I’ve been on the 90 plus extra minerals for eight months for osteopenia, and getting great results. I’ve been gluten free for 10 years, and don’t do any of the 12 bad foods. I don’t take any medications and have no other health issues.

Question: I have heard CBD (Cannibus oil) helps ADHD. Is there any validity to this claim? I am asking because my grandson has this issue. He is on all types of ritalin and addierall or however you spell it. When I tried to buy some I was told their is an interaction with pharmaceuticals. My joints feel best when I have two scoops of Oseo FX a day with the plant based minerals and Tangy tablets.. I am also on a strict gluten free diet and avoid your bad foods. However, I am unable to tolerate one scoop of the Oseo FX due to gas and loose bowels issues with two scoops.. I try to eat a lot of cheese and yogurt to compromise, but I still don't think I am getting enough calcium potassium, etc. I follow the 90 for life, but with only once dose a day. Any suggestions?

Hello Dr Glidden, we have a customer who is asking is the ascorbic acid in the Tangy Tangerine derived from food sources or is it synthetic? She is studying health at university and seems to think that ascorbic acid is not naturally derived and can only be produced synthetically which I have told her is not the case. Can you clarify this please?

Hi Dr. Glidden, how important is including saturated fats in the diet of someone with multiple sclerosis? Holistic Nutrition literature/books indicate a low sat fat diet (no cream, butter, cheese) and advocates for unsaturated fats - cold water fish (that's good) and nuts/seeds. thanks - grasshopper.

Patient on call. Asking questions for her. Went to Urgent Care for unbearable pain in back of thigh. She began February 2023. She began 90EN last September 2022. She found your book and contacted Eiffel Health to find help for her bone-on-bone pain in knees.

There is subchondral cyst formation and in reased sclerosis. Findings are consistent with osteoarthritis with probable avasular necrosis of the head. Femur 2 views Findings: There are no definite acute fractures or dislocations. Severe OA at the hip.Loose bodies at the knee. Soft tissues are unremarkable. The bony mineralization is normal. Loose bodies at the knee. They recommend RICE: Rest Ice Compression Elevation to help with swelling and pain Epsom salt soaks with warm water: 20-30 min soaks, 2-3 times per day Contact PCP ASAP for hip symptoms and hypertension assessment. BP 180/100, symptomatic right hip, osteoarthritis with possible right avascular femoral head. Stability Status is stable Pulse 82 Height 5'4", Weight 160 O2 99% Repeat BP was 184/100 They stated she could die of stroke or heart attack. She was made to sign two documents relieving them of liability because she refused to go to ER. Recommendations? Especially for BP? Beyond Osteo Fx multiple doses? FYI - She had an auto accident in January 2023. No broken bones. Bruising, post concussive syndrome a couple days later.

I found some gluten free Rice Chex. Does it have to say NON-GMO on the box? The Chex is made out of whole grain rice. Our water system is an Aquasana, have you heard of that type of water system, doc? It's an under-the-counter system. I had also asked how much time we should be spending in the Vit D sunshine now that it is summer?

Good evening Doc; Paul fm Fredericksburg here... I have a theory that holds (albeit from an anecdotal basis) that the amount of water to drink (beyond a given minimum) is commensurate with activities which use or exhaust the body's water supply (some of this is "DUH!"). I notice a vast difference between days of physical idleness & physically strenuous work. The relative humidity seems to influence it as well. Your thoughts are greatly appreciated. Also, after watching the EFA video (again), I noticed 3 egg yolks have a certain HIGH amount of Omega-6 EFA's; but 3 eggs scrambled cuts that figure in half (according to the chart in your video)... Fascinating!

what's the difference between homeopathic cal mag and just cal mag? I did a google search and I am unable to find the homeopathic cal mag. I am only finding the cal mag. Can you suggest a vendor?
