Good evening Dr. G! Mike from Sarasota here. What is it with Mnnnesota sports teams when it comes to the playoffs? Q#1) We're on the 90, have been for over 2 years. Lately, my wife has been having sore swollen glands in her neck. This has been with her for about 6 days now. This ailment usually lasts for a couple of days after she's around a jabbed person, then goes away, but not this time. Any thoughts? Shedding has been a real issue for us over the past 12 months or so. Thanks for your help.

I always wake up once because nature calls (urinate) but I never have trouble getting back to sleep or going to sleep. Last large drink is around dinner time, 8 oz of water with one serving of Osteo powder and 1.5 oz of plant minerals. I take six Sweet-eze/day along with six ultimate selenium (wake up and before bed with very little water). I also take one and a half servings of Osteo powder and 1.5 oz of plant minerals in the morning. If taking my last drink before dinner doesn't help, is there something else I can take so I don't wake up for nature call?

When sleeping at night, I wake up with night sweats. Literally ringing wet all over my body and I have to change my bed clothing. My internist, family doctor has not been able to provide me with a satisfactory answer with what might be going on with my body. Can you help explain what is going on with my body. his is Hans Geider good day Dr Glidden I have had a heart attack last week in the middel of the night i woke up with a very funny tingling pain in my left arm and shoulder witch i never had before no injury on my arm it lasted for about 3 hours my partner googled the symptoms and said it looks like a heart attack .she insisted me to go and see a DR . so after 3 days later driving back from Vermont to Long Island I went to see a Dr he send me to a hospital instantly were they took blood test and made EKG s showing the my ensimes were elevated to 10 000 were normal is 50 and my EKG also showed something so i was operated the next morning and the put 2 stents in one on the left and one on the right side were there were blockages . They put me on the following medication aspirinmetoprolol 25mgrosuvastatin 20mgentresto 24mgbrilinta90mg is all this medicin nessesary and what do you recomend I could not avoid to go to a MD Dr and do not like to take all this medication but they say I MUST take all this daily because of the stents

My friend is 28 years old. 5 years removed from ACL repair surgery. Diagnosed with early signs of arthritis at that time. Says he feels potential bone to bone even now. I recommended him the protocol from the arthritis webinar. He says he is going to give it a 5 month run. Before he invests I am asking: Does the ACL repair variable warrant any tweaks to that protocol or will that be just fine for him?

My blood pressure has returned to 136/80 since I started taking two pellets of the Thuja M1 every third day at night before bed (sometimes it will get as low as 132/74). I usually take the blood pressure readings about 8:00pm. However at work the blood pressure is still running high 170/95. Not sure why. I know if I am constipated or need to have a bowel movement the blood pressure spikes. If I get a high reading at work I take niacin. So should I continue with the thuja protocol outlined above? I have a burning feeling in the center of my chest. In the past I thought it might be heart burn but it may not be heart burn only. At these these times when I am at work and I feel the burning is when my blood pressure is high Also. But this not so at home. I have the burning but the pressure is normal. 144/80 One last note. I had ventricular arrhythmia two weeks ago. Passed out. Husband performed CPR until I woke up. How can arrhythmias be prevented? My EF is 24. Welcome back from conferenceville, Dr Glidden! looking forward to any gems you may share with us, beside what you mentioned so far.. now this health condition: for decades as a schoolteacher and well Vit D'd along the way, .. from time to time I would get a serious cough after sore throat, and nearly always pre sleeping it off a day or two, I would see all food in my stomach exit via mouth, then after a day or so of sleep, I would have plenty of phlem cough up over several weeks of a dry cough that eventually left me feeling great.. So lo and behold, this occurred last week.. it feels just like over the two decades of this occasional malady.. didn't subject body to 'testing' , and only 1 oddity added in: strange relatively strong 'ache' pain in the both upper thighs, and took a nap around 3 hours ago and even that pain is 'gone' , it is reminiscent of like a serious charlie horse type pain which now and then have in left ankle when I get that.. ? The pain in thighs made me think is this like bld clots?? so there you have it, for what ever you can share on these things, ?yes of course not a 'personal' medical assessment..
