1. I'm still waiting for the Helios Homeopathy kit from the UK. Meanwhile, al my flu symptoms have subsided except that I generally feel a lack of energy after lunch; feeling like the flu bug hasn't left my system it lingers there; wanting to sleep a lot; itchy throat; dry coughing. Sometimes the throat gets so irritable especially around mid night I couldn't stop coughing. Do Gelsemium and Arsenicum still cover these remaining symptoms or we need a new one? 2. What's your thoughts on home water birth versus hospital birth? Pros and cons of each?

I just wanted to thank you once again for the good work you have done, are doing, and will continue to do.
I wanted to provide an update. As you recommended for my girlfriend back in 2020, we have flown Shawn Sherman down to work with her using the Square 1 System. We also ended up having him work with a number of our clients as well in our home/yoga studio the first half of 2021. The results have been so positively remarkable that we have flown him down here multiple times and have had him come to speak/demonstrate Square 1 at our health event at our home/yoga studio.
I am pleased to announce that we will have him fly down again to work with clients later this month. In addition, my girlfriend and I have become students of Square 1 and have the goal of becoming certified by the end of this month when Shawn flies down here to stay with us at our home!
I want to thank you very much for interviewing Shawn several years ago and for recommending him to us. Your information continues to serve as a game-changer for us and for a positive ripple effect in our community. I look forward to keeping you updated as time goes on. God bless!

hi doc. I recently got a blood test from labcorp. it came back w/ a bunch of foods abnormal. maybe some false positives, but just gonna avoid all of them for about a year and do your leaky gut protocol. Any updates to that in 2022? Also w/ leaky gut--as there is a puncture in the gut and your body then builds antibodies to food protiens--don't you risk building an allergy to whatever you began to eat next. Like as a kid I had a milk allergy, then my mom put me on everything soy: ice cream, milk, etc. THen I got a soy allergy. Now as an adult my milk Ige came back the lowest out of everything tested. I do my best to avoid milk my whole life. I feel like if i switch to milk now, instead of rice milk(which I do now and got a high reading on the test), i'll get a milk allergy again. Do you see what I am getting at? Any insights? Thanks

I have a 92 yr old mom who has plugged sinuses and can't breath through her nose. she lives in a memory care facility. Her P.A. says it's chronic and he isn't trying anything new. Is there anything natural I can try?

Greetings Doc! Former wife recovering well from triple bypass surgery at home in NC: an interesting outcome: her vision improved (both eyes) from 20/60 to 20/40. But a question regarding her Sinus issues (started 17 yrs ago). She describes being exposed to brown / black mold in a home where she lived for several years. Nose runs every time she eat anything. Seem to be able to "smell an infection from up behind my nose now and again. When blowing my nose in the morning, I blow green and sometimes blood with it." "When I lay down the nostril closest to the pillow gets 100% clogged; Same when I turn to the other side. Sinus drainage awakens me, leaving a burning sensation in my throat. The only way to get rid of the burning is to gargle with hydrogen peroxide. I take Zyrtec every night." Your recommendations are most gratefully received (my thought on Zyrtec is leave it alone). i woke up two weeks ago and my left eye had “lightning strikes” in the for periphery. I went to emergency and they did an ultrasound and didn’t find anything. I went to the optometrist and they did a thorough examination of my eye and couldn’t find anything either. There was nothing wrong with my retina. I also have a new floater in that eye that’s bothersome. What could this be!? I only notice it when it’s dark. Can I use colloidal silver as an eye drop?
