I was reading about Gua Sha which is an ancient Chinese therapy that involves scraping your skin with a massage tool to improve circulation. You use short or long strokes to stimulate microcirculation of the soft tissue, which increases blood flow. You make these strokes with a smooth-edged instrument known as a Gua massage tool. You then apply massage oil to your skin and then use the tool to repeatedly scrape your skin in a downward motion. The benefits are said to come from reducing stagnant energy, called chi, in the body that practitioners believe may be responsible for inflammation. What are your thoughts about this therapeutic?

Hi Doc, Littleton Bob / Carol, Can we have moment of silence for the 3souls of the latest shooting in Boulder, Co. #2 Can we eat Pringle Chips as there baked and not fried?
Jared Conte - patient of yours 2 years ago. I have been avoiding the 12 bad foods and taking the 90 with Youngevity for 2 years. I just started learning about the GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) diet. I was wondering if you think it would be a good idea to start this to intensify the healing and rebuilding my gut.

Dave Takata again. In the healing process of the kidneys: Can I have small amounts of organic dairy a few times a month? Can I drink coffee? Or will coffee impede the healing process?
Do you still go to select sites and give presentations?

Jesica started part of your protocol for her digestive issues. She is waiting on the homeopathic remedy you recommended to arrive in the post. The first day she said she had no bloating and she had normal bowel movements. Day 2 and 3 the bloating and constipation is back again. Do you think once she gets onto the Arsenicum Album that the bloating should disappear? She stopped taking the Somac (protein pump inhibitor) medication the doctor prescribed. Do you recommend she still avoids that? She is very concerned as she is still losing weight. Apart from the 12 Bad Foods are there any others she should avoid? Are there any foods you could recommend to help her put weight back on?

Candy in Parker, CO -- am 74, been on 90forLife since 2014, have followed the BadFood/GoodFood for at least last 5 years and so appreciate the wonderful results (arthritis GONE, early signs of TIA's GONE, feel so much better and good health. Only Rx is small dose Levothryoxine. BUT, I wonder how I know if I am truly absorbing well and I am doubting this due to my tinnitus still hanging around. I have many add-ons at this point, but just thinking maybe my age is making the osteoporosis of the skull be such a slow, if at all, change. Thoughts?
Will nutrients tighten up hip joint laxity? Is musculature genetic/inherent? What nutrients will help with musculature which helps stabilize the joints ?
