Sorry, I missed the 1st half hour of the session, so no time stamps.

I have always had to blow my nose about once per hour. It's been my life story. I eat no dairy, no sugar, no grains. Might you have a hunch about the cause of this ?  What is your opinion of The Bean Diet? I have read that the soluble fiber in beans removes the old putrifactive bile and gas that is causing a toxic body and disease. The reason beans make us toot is because of the gas trapped in our body that the beans move out. Your thoughts?

Hi Doc. I have a male ferret, 2 lbs, 3 years old with a dramatically enlarged spleen. A complete blood count is pending but the Vet told me the blood appears to be normal. X ray shows no cancer. I am feeding it Ferret food (Pellets ). How can I get the spleen back to normal?

The question box is not showing on my screen. I 3 questions. Can someone post my question 1. What is a good sweetener for diabetics. 2. Can you recommend a laundry detergent. 3 What causes ones feet and hands to get cool.

Greetings Doc! Gas is caused by the complex carb in the bean needed for sprouting, which cannot be broken down without extra enzymes (such as "Beano" or something like it). Grandma, in preparing beans would soak them for 12-18 hours, lay them out (single-layer) on a damp paper and allow them to sprout a little (12-ish hrs?). Then, after cooking them, they would not cause gas because the complex carb was used up in sprouting the bean.
