1. I am entirely new to the 90EN. I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and recently diabetes. From your book I will need Beyond Tangy Tangerine Powder 2.0, Beyond Osteo FX Powder, Ultimate Plant Derived Minerals, Projoba Omega as well as Sweet Eze, Cell Shield RTQ, Muscadine Grape Extract, Good Herbs Heart and Selenium. I am a 70 year old male and weigh 175 pounds. Based on my weight I’d be looking at about $1,000 a month. Less at the beginning because I wouldn’t double up on the first items until my body used to the smoothies.
2. I can only find Tangy Tangerine 2.5 online?
3. Also, would I need to be on the regimen for the rest of my life?
4. Also, can I have bread with almond flour or is that part of the 12 bad foods?
5. Can I eat pretty much anything apart from the 12 bad foods once beginning the regime?

Good morning Dr. Glidden. I will switch off my VPN while on the chat to see if it shows my location, it showed unknown last time. Your point from last weeks chat is well taken, the testing for the Borreliosis to pinpoint the 4actual causation is immaterial if you’re having the symptoms. I had several symptoms last year. And as I mentioned, did two courses of the Doxycycline and felt better but have been suffering with persistent itching, and some brain fog and fatigue as of late. Seems like certain foods will trigger the itching. My Alpha Gal results were border line it seems.
I’m hoping to get started on your Lyme protocol very soon, but will have to review your webinar again as I’m having difficulty reading my chicken scratch notes. Is there a document outlining the protocol available? Wasn’t sure about the dosing of the various supplements you listed. Any thoughts on the Japanese Knotweed, Cat’s Claw, Andrographis, Sarsaparilla, Dandelion protocol?  Also what is your recommendation on Chlorella, Spirulina, Bentonite Clay, etc. for chelation or detoxing? CoQ10, Lithium Orotate, Curcumin. Oil or Oregano?  Lastly Dr. JM = Mercola. Heard your comment the other day, would you care to elaborate without mentioning the name? Thanks for your outstanding work, will be on all the live events from now on. Am filling up my piggy bank to have a consultation with you in the near future.

Hi Dr. G. Probably get this all the time but what are your thoughts on BTT 2.5 tablets vs the BTT 2.0 powder? Thanks as always for your insight. To follow up on your gluten point. I know they are on the 12 bad foods but can’t recall the exact reason why. Is it just the gluten protein itself that is inherently harmful regardless of non-GMO status or organic vs modern pesticide farming practices?

There is CDC article about how salt isn’t so bad as long as there is enough potassium to counter balance the “negative” effects of salt. https://www.cdc.gov/salt/potassium.htm. Obviously they’re still perpetuating the salt-high blood pressure relationship but what are your thoughts on the CDC promoting potassium?

I love coffee. But I have quit drinking it because I have lyme and I know it is bad for me. Doesn't coffee de-nutrify the human body?
