Well my shortness of breath turned out to be more serious than I thought...The echocardiogram showed my ejection fraction was 1/2 normal rate. Angiogram looked good with no new blockages, stents from 2 years ago weren't plugged and no weakness in the arteries. My Cardiologist believes I have Cardiomyopathy/inflammation of the heart and has scheduled me for a cardiac MRI. May I call your office tomorrow for advice?

I have 2 questions.
1) I have a client who is a 68 year old male, 5’8” and 130 pounds. He says he has been bedridden for several years with severe chronic muscle pain as a result of multiple muscle strain injuries. As you can imagine, he is increasingly frustrated by living in constant pain. He is off the bad foods, and just started with the BTT 2.0 tablets, Mineral Caps, and Ultimate EFAs as he finds it easier to take pills. I have encouraged Beyond Oseto Fx or Cal Toddy. What can you suggest?
2) I had an inquiry from a 90 year old lady who is 5’5” weighs 200 pounds. She suffers from “dropsy,” severe knee pain and currently dealing with a cough with mucous. Her situation is complicated by the fact that she is in a nursing care facility for over 5 years and feels like she would have to sneak in supplements. She will be asking them to provide a gluten-free diet, but may not have much control over other bad foods. She doesn’t have refrigeration, nor room to store canisters. I suggested BTT 2.0 tabs with Mineral Caps, EFAs, and Gluco-Gel capsules. What other options might work best for her …especially for the oedema?
Thank you for your help!

Greetings Doc; Sorry for the simplistic question, but I (Paul fm Alexandria) am 62 & would like to start exercising, but not sure how (I could probably stand to lose 30 lbs at 5'8" and 204. I am well nutrified, so that front is covered. Any helpful thoughts you can offer are most appreciated. My last exercising was back in the early 80's...

What would you recommend? I'm sending her the Q&A before surgery timearrives!       My blood type is B+, what kind of exercise should I be doing? Betsy asks: What type of exercised for blood type B, please? And if a person has a stent put in, will they be placed on blood thinners for life? Are not stents irritating to the inner lining of the artery?

Hi Dr Glidden, I'm currently 31 weeks pregnant and I've been doing the healthy start pak plus extra minerals and selenium since well before my pregnancy. I just found out that I failed my 1 hour glucose test with a score of 147. I don't eat a ton of sweets but I do eat a fair amount of fruit and some gluten free carbs like rice and quinoa, etc. Do you think I need to add sweet eze? What do you think could be causing my elevated glucose?
