I've heard you say that blood donation helps upregulating the immune system by getting rid of excess iron from the body. Is that correct? Can you elaborate a bit more on that? And any extra tips on what should I do before and after the donation? 2. What homeopathic remedy do you recommend for a person who was exposed to the cold or had a cold drink and now started to feel chilly & sneeze? 3. What would you suggest to get rid of acne that becomes hard under the skin and now turns into a small lump? Not painful or anything. 4. How often should we have bowel movement? Is going two to three days without one a problem?

There's a company called Thermipaq that makes clay wraps that you can freeze and put in the microwave. It is supposed to hold in heat/cold longer and more even. Could this take the place of the hot/cold towel hydrotherapy treatment? P.S What is it about aerobic exercise that causes my brain to think better?

1.We had also made another appointment with a "chiropractor" in the last couple weeks. The first appointment he did a 25 point analysis to try to diagnose if I had some type of Neuropathy. It was interesting all of the tests he did and all the tools he used. Then the next appointment he showed me/us a scale which said I fell into a low moderate nerve damage. The left foot measured higher (more normal) than the right foot. The last visit he shared his findings, and what he offered was some kind of " L.L. T Blood Flow Device" (I think laser?) that you can use on your foot for 30 minutes a day.. The other device was some kind of "Electrical nerve Stimulator" that you could use for another 30 minutes a day. It made a lot of sense, but by the time they shared the cost of this " Home equipment" it was about 6000.00! Completely out of the ballpark for us/me!  2. Well, doc, I haven't shared this completely with my family yet, but I took the Hepar sulphuris calcareum like you said. I took one dose on Thursday evening, 3 doses on Friday, and 3 doses on Saturday. By that day it seems the throbbing in my toe subsided and it went to like a twitching sensation. My foot & leg seemed to feel a little better! and I also seem to be sleeping better! I am praying the pain does not return, as this 7 month ordeal needs to come to an end! Anyway, I am thankful to the Lord and to you, because this was affecting "every" area of my life! I also had made up my mind to slowly back off of the Gabapentin, too.I do believe God can do miracles, and work through people to bring them about! Hopefully I can continue to give you good news about this! I'm praying for better days ahead! I will continue to keep reporting my progress! Anyway, thank you so much! Maybe I am coming out of the woods? If so PRAISE THE LORD! I am hoping with this "Good News Update", that I can fire the rest of my doctors and stop this madness!
3. Also, do you remember that my (doctor) daughter and doctor (who did the bloodwork) were so concerned about my B-12 being at 2000? I did some research on that, and wanted to know if you agree with what I found. Three Drs online stated pretty much the same that you said, not to worry about that! They said " Stop worrying! Reference ranges for labs are set up so that several percent of healthy folks fall outside. High serum B-12 is worrisome only when it's already obvious that you're seriously sick with something else. if your CBC is anywhere near normal, ignore it. You may have some extra carrier protein in your blood, or may have just absorbed some from your daily vitamins. Good for you! Cheers! And also I found that they said you are advised " not to eat or drink 6-8 hours before this test! I KNOW I WAS NOT TOLD TO FAST BEFORE ANY OF THIS BLOODWORK! That fasting should make a lot of difference, isn't that correct? I would like to share a lot of this information with my daughter if you agree. She needs to "unlearn" a few things she learned in medical school!

Hi Dr. G. Linda Allen here from Florida. I have a potential client, male, age 47, 246lbs. He was a preemie born at 2lbs 10oz. He has a birth defect of heart and lungs… diagnosed with eisenmenger syndrome.
Knees to feet bad circulation with a sense of pins and needles. He has an enlarged spleen and maybe prostate. He always feels dehydrated but drink lots of water. He used to take metformin, furosemide and Atrovastatin. Has worked on diet and now takes Eliquis, Carvedilol, Allopurinol, Glimepiride, Hydralazine, Pantoprazole, Silenafil and 81mg Asprin. He is on a limited budget with disability and has been taking the on-the-go pill packs. With all these issues stemming from birth, what would you suggest for him?

Good evening! I am finally getting my silver fillings removed. I’ve had them for about 20 yrs. Is there any material you recommend to have them replaced? Most dentist use composite resin but I’ve read it also has some plastic BPAs. Also how soon should I do a metal detox after having them replaced?

Betsy Asks: You have often said that homeopathic remedies should not be mixed, so when on a protocol of "every other day" doses, can you take a different remedy on those "off days"?

Just before login into this Q&A tonight I was talking to a guy who has been using Metformin to extend the life of his telomeres. Something you just said about sleep being the time the body cleans out the brain made the possible connection that the real reason the Metformin may be working for him is because it is helping him sleep better like Sweet Eze would. Odd that he should be taking Metformin when he is not a type 2 diabetic! Have you heard of any use of Metformin for extending the life of the telomeres? Ha, you just answered my first question about taking different remedies but on different days. A further question, do the remedies need to address the same ailment? Or can you take remedies for different ailments on alternating days? Have the children or grandchildren fill the empty capsules with the powdered osteo FX. It take about 14 number 6 capsules to make one scoop.

Diane from Idaho. Will you be posting a symptoms chart to go with your homeopathic remedies list?

A customer has been taking the silica homeopathic you recommended for about a month and a half and he thought he was seeing some results but the keloid scars are still an issue for him. He was told he had dermatitis from a young age, he has sensitive, dry skin, and has to moisturise every day after a shower. He gets boils and ingrown hairs. The doctor is continually having to give him steroid injections to prevent his keloid scars from growing. He is taking the 90 nutrients, GlucoGel and recently bought the Microbiome. What would you recommend for him please? We have another customer who has, on both her legs, dermatitis and Lipodermatosclerosis which is an inflammatory skin condition resulting from underlying venous insufficiency. This is caused by: Incompetent venous valves. Venous outflow obstruction. Dysfunction of the calf muscle pump [2]. The resulting venous hypertension causes an increase of leukocytes within the veins, which then migrate into surrounding tissue. What would you recommend for this lady please?

Back again, Doctor G...Margaret from Cali....About vitiligo....for both my mom and nephew (my brother's son) it appeared in their early 20s. My mom passed in 2015 but my nephew is now 36. Is it a copper and tyrosine deficiency as indicated in your webinar? I think that in the Marathon Q&A you stated it was tricky & hard to fix. Any suggestions for treatment? I have not yet told my nephew anything as the family (myself included until listening to you) believes it is hereditary and non-curable.Thanks and thanks again!

What would you recommend for weight loss? We are on the mighty 90, we have gotten off gluten, we are almost eating completely paleo. She got your recommendations after getting the Carol Blood Test and has elimated the foods on that list. We only eat one to two meals a day and reasonable portions. My wife is menopausal and struggling to find healthy ways to drop the weight. She also has depression and arthritis, She had a THR in 2010 and has mobility issues. Nothing seems to work. Se he doesn't seem to be gaining weight, but she is not losing anything either and depression seems to be getting worse.
