Richard Vaughan from Richmond VA. Our local ND did the Carrol Method Senstativity test for my daughter and turn out fruits mess her up. Are there any yougevity products I should avoid or switch her too? Any idea of how to handle meningiomas? I know the basics of bad foods and nutrition.

Yesterday afternoon I developed a stiff and painful neck with limited mobility when I move my head. It feels like a large muscle in the back of my neck is sore and tense. It also is somewhat painful in my right shoulder. It was hard to sleep last night because every time I move my head on the pillow the pain wakes me up. The heat of a hot shower helps the pain. Any homeopathic remedies or tricks to help?

Erin @ Michigan. Hi Dr G! Hope you’re doing great!!! Thank you for my last week’s question dealing with household chemicals. I think I’m having symptoms of VOC or Volatile Organic Compounds exposure. Our apartment complex is going to do an IAQ Indoor Air Quality test today. Is there bloodwork to get to confirm this? I cannot live there. I have been living at my moms house because when I go home I get really really sick being there in just a few hours to the point my skin turns gray and felt like I wasn’t getting enough oxygen and very weak and disoriented. I can’t describe it other than to say it’s a problem. Is activated charcoal good for this? What about homeopathic? Thank you! Just trying to figure out next steps. Not getting my Money’s worth in our $1500 month rental. Note my husband is still staying there...no issues so far. Hanks Doc!

From Papa Rick in North Florida: I have a friend, late 40s-early 50s, diagnosed with environmental illness/multiple chemical sensitivity. She has a terrible rash on her breasts, back, shoulders, neck and head.
The incessant itching and scratching is causing open wounds and pain. Her “doctors” have not been able to figure out the etiology. They also have not been able to prescribe/recommend anything that will stop the itching. She also has problems walking; no strength in her legs, incontinence, tooth and eye problems.
Whew! Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Any tips for helping the body do what it needs to do for knocking out a meningioma? According to the internet, they are not usually a big deal unless they grow but would love to avoid potential surgery in the future for my wife.

Doc. The inherent weak genes you mentioned was due to his fever blister. Today though he has a headache focused on forehead and temple-steady pain. He vomited and his face and head feels like exploding. He feels nauseous of course. This is on top of his cold cough deal. Thanks doc. He used Cali phosphoricum 30c, 2 pellets, took a shower to see if it helps take the edge but vomited instead. He apparently feels like vomiting since this morning.

Do you have a suggestion about how to treat or what to do about dark circles and bags under the eyes? I was always told that the dark circles are indicative of allergies.
