Greetings Dr. G! Mike, from a brisk albeit sunny Sarasota! Doc, as you may recall, you've been helping me to get of Blood Pressure meds, which I have now been off of for nearly two months. Lately, I've been having some mild headaches but feeling pressure in my head at times. I haven't taken my BPreadings for awhile as I've felt fairly normal but thought I'd take my readings the past couple of days. Well, today, my third reading at noon, was 137/91 with a pulse of 48. I've never had a resting pulse rate that low. What should I be doing differently at this point? I will not play around with my BP meds again. Doc, I just completed 50 push-ups on my weight bench and measured my BP within 60 seconds of completing my workout. Blood pressure is now 140/89 with a pulse of 59. My pulse still seems low. I do recover quickly as far as breathing goes. What should I add to my supplementation, if anything? Thanks for your help once again.

I'm 42 and weigh 153 lbs,, My question is about INFERTILITY....I did 2 IVF treatments and one resulted with an ectopic pregnancy and one fallopian tube removed. The other IVF failed. I currently don't have children. I was introduced to Youngevity. I have purchased Tangy, Osteo, Projoba, Selenium and Plant Derived Minerals. How much should I take of each? and do I need to add anything?

Betsy Asks: Can you please explain what a heart murmur is and if there are different kinds? A customer has been followed by her physician for a heart murmur, ordering an ECG each year but this is the first time the doctor did not order an ECG although says the murmur is still there. My customer has been on the 90 EN for 4 or 5 months

Nate in Pasadena - 1) Follow up on question about when to use Bryonia Alba vs Lachesis Mutus for vaxxed Covid exposure. 2) Follow up on friend with swelling - swelling occurred BEFORE taking 90EN, but also happened AFTER diet was changed to a more healthy diet, removing 12 bad foods, etc. Currently doing better now, after stopping oral steroids (also early on took Cortizone shots which relieved swelling and pain). Still wondering what caused swelling in the first place.

Hey Doc! Recently heard Wallach say “there are no autoimmune diseases” wondering if you are of the same thought? Dealing with an issue in my family where (of course) MD’s can’t figure out what the issue is.. they only can attempt to treat it. And that sometimes is frustratingly SLOW and apparently ineffective.. When son gets a fever his platelet level can sometimes go low. Doesn’t happen consistently - only some times… but MD’s still claim “genetic” lol.. thanks!

This is Suzy Q. I have a friend who had shoulder surgery and after the surgery has two numb fingers. They believe it is nerve related. She is scheduled to get a nerve conduction test. I did some research on this test, and it looks kind of dangerous to me! I would like to steer her away from that! I also have a Dr. who wants me to have that done, and I am not wanting to do that! I am going to try to introduce her to the Youngevity Supplements and try to tell her to avoid that test........... Also, I have another friend on kidney dialysis. Is there anything that can be done to help him? Also, would it work to increase the Osteo FX by 1 tsp a week to get me back to the correct amount? I can't imagine trying to take 2 tsp 6 times a day!

Hi Doc are drinking 2 liters water a day is too much?

I purchased Mighty 90 (along w/ PDM & osteo) — what’s the different between Ultimate Classic and TT?

How did you like my suggestion on the Osteo FX doc?

Nate in Pasadena - Just started yesterday with a chiropractor that practices applied kinesiology plus other things. On my visit it seemed my body was asking for Neuro Emotional Technique. Any thoughts on NET?
